Rama, the protagonist of the first film, returns as the protagonist of this second film. Right after a brutal ordeal, Rama is called into work; this time, he's to go undercover and get close to the imprisoned son of the new mob boss and find out the mob can be linked to corruption within the ranks of the city's police force. On top of that, Rama also finds himself up against an organization of the Japanese Yakuza which controls the other half of the city.With everything factored in, Rama is on his most dangerous assignment.
