I tried a 'perfect drop mod' and quickly found it was WAY more than just that. There were recipes to turn white/common items into perfect uniques or sets with just a bit of gold. It was like a 'dirt to diamonds' mod in minecraft. Check the mod and make sure it's not the same one or you'll get bored of D2 in an hour.
