My JBL T460BT has a driver problem. My brand new JBL T460BT bluetooth headphones do not play any audio, but it is still connected and only the microphone is active. Instead the audio goes to my speakers. I tried downloading drivers for it and restarting bluetooth support. There is no Dell-provided audio driver for your laptop with Windows 10. However you should be able to install the Realtek audio driver for Windows 8 with no problem. If there is a problem, try to install the driver with Compatibility mode: 1. Download and save the audio driver to your desktop or any convenient location on the hard drive.
