Instructions
Step 1
Warp to Alberta via Warp Girl and enter building at bottom left (same building where you purchase 'Buy Permits')
Step 2
Enter warp at the bottom (inside of building):
Step 3
Speak to Pharmacist and choose Make Potions
He will ask for requirements detailed above. You can make several potions at a time, not just 1.
Step 4Sell Blue Potion with overcharge for 3100z ea (Merchant Skill level 10 Overcharge)
